Terms of Service

Effective July 21, 2026

These terms govern DailySync, operated by Aperca LLC. By using DailySync, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Optional accounts

You may use DailySync locally without an account. An account is required only for DailySync cloud synchronization and API-key access. You are responsible for your credentials, API keys, and activity performed through them.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. For cloud-synced content, you grant Aperca LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back it up only to provide, secure, and maintain DailySync. Local-only content is not submitted to Aperca LLC.

Acceptable use

Do not use DailySync to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, disrupt or probe the service without authorization, or access another person's data. AI and automated access must use a key issued to the relevant account.

Availability and liability

DailySync is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. You are responsible for exporting important data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data; total liability will not exceed amounts paid for DailySync in the prior twelve months.
